Most questions are answered in the FAQ. If yours is not, use the route below that matches your account — it reaches the people who can actually act on it.
First reply
Within 24–48 hours
Support hours
Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM PHT
Customers — Suki Perks
Order problems, refunds, points, and account questions. For a problem with a specific order, message the business in the app first — they can fix most things faster than we can.
Businesses — Suki Business
Onboarding and verification, commission and fees, wallet and withdrawals, catalogue, and reporting an abusive review.
Riders — Suki Rider
Verification, credits and earnings, withdrawals, deactivation appeals, and incident reports. In a genuine emergency call 911 first, then tell us once you are safe.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data under the Data Privacy Act. Reaches our Data Protection Officer directly.
What to include
A first message with these in it usually gets resolved without a second one:
- the order number, or your registered mobile number if it is an account problem;
- what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or photograph where the problem is visible — a missing item, a wrong charge, a damaged package;
- the date and rough time it happened.
Response times
- A first reply from a person — within 24–48 hours, during Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM PHT. That is a reply, not always a resolution; the targets below are for closing the matter.
- General support — we aim to resolve complaints within 15 business days.
- Rider deactivation appeals — reviewed by a person, with a response targeted within 10 business days.
- Data-protection requests — answered within 30 days, as RA 10173 requires.
Emergencies
If someone is in danger, call the national emergency hotline 911. Do not wait for us. Riders should report the incident to rider support once they are safe — we will not penalise a reliability score for a delivery stopped by a genuine safety incident.
If we cannot resolve it
For privacy matters you can complain to the National Privacy Commission. For consumer matters you can approach the Department of Trade and Industry. Nothing in our terms takes those rights away.
