What it costs
The point-of-sale, receipts, catalogue, sales and profit reports, and the entire loyalty programme are free. Commission is charged only on the item subtotal of orders paid online through the platform, and we give at least 30 days' written notice before changing any rate.
You do fund the reward itself — when a customer redeems points you provide the item, and Suki does not reimburse you. That is the trade: the programme costs nothing to run, and you pay only for the thing that brings the customer back.
